The assessment of the indicator of
“Development of labor potential” is one of the
determining factors for ensuring the efficiency
of the production potential of the enterprise.
Therefore, this assessment is based on the
observation method. For the reliability of
the information, the content of the personnel
policy and the policy in the enterprise’s social
responsibility field is analyzed. The evaluation
results of this indicator indicate that the creation of
working conditions is expressed in the formation
of practical strategic management tools based on
the object under study (Table 8).
For the application of system analysis to
determine the effectiveness of the management
organization, the specific weight of each
evaluation indicator is determined (set out above)
and the significance of these indicators in the
overall management potential system of an
industrial enterprise. To rank the evaluation
indicators, the places and weight of each evaluation
indicator were determined (Table 9).
