III.Result and discussion
There are two approaches to creating a digital economy: planned and market [2,15b]. For developing countries, the development of the industry is one of the effective ways to improve the living standards of the population. The main issue is not only to increase the share of the industry in the GDP, but also to expand its structure, to increase the employment of the population, to develop modern forms and technologies of crafts that fully satisfy the needs of the population.
Empirical methods do not negate simple, traditional methods, but help to develop them further and to analyze the objective variable result indicators through other indicators [25].
The importance of empirical modeling of crafts in the region is reflected in:
material, labor and money resources are used rationally;
serves as a leading tool in the analysis of economic and natural processes;
it will be possible to make some corrections during the forecasting in the development of the craft;
It will be possible to discover new unexplored laws of craftsmanship. Also, with their help, it will be possible to predict the future development of crafts;
along with the automation of calculations, it eases mental work, it is possible to organize and manage the work of artisans on a scientific basis.
In our opinion, there are the following urgent problems that await their solution in the development of handicrafts: determining the classification of types of handicraft products, assessing the nature of handicrafts, developing a system of handicraft indicators in the current conditions, improving the process of econometric modeling of handicraft development and thereby forecasting.
In crafts, a person creates and serves an object of service to himself. Due to this, it is possible to introduce the belief that crafts are for people, and the person who performs the service is also a person. This means that both the producer of handicraft products and its consumer are human beings.
In the modern era of the development of craft industries, they are gaining mass. Therefore, it is necessary to be able to calculate the efficiency of the work performed on the unit of the achieved result, the main funds, material and financial expenses.
Manufacturing has been a part of human economic activity and life for a long time. It is the mutual relations between people, existence of useful activities - a necessary condition for human society and life. It should be noted that it is not an exaggeration to say that handicrafts increase the level of development of society not only at the level of its production forces, but also taking into account its spiritual and educational status.
In this study, as a basis of systematic analysis, we will improve the development models of craft industries and define them as a system. At the same time, we will consider product types as a set of elements collected to achieve a single object and goal. That is, we systematically study how to increase the efficiency of the living conditions of the population. It is understood as a whole, in which the types of crafts under study are interconnected in their entirety. As a result of systematic analysis, the indicator of economic efficiency is determined.
If we consider the process as a system in the modeling of craft industries, we should select the main influencing factors, i.e. input indicators. Which type of network we choose in process modeling determines the type or view of the generated model. Not all factors can be taken into account in modeling, so we must select the main influencing factors. From the resulting model, the resulting factor and evaluation criteria are determined (Fig. 1).

It should not be forgotten that the social ownership of means of production of handicrafts, a single centralized system of economic activity, and economic independence of enterprises were formed in conditions of limited conditions.
In the conditions of the market economy, craft enterprises have different forms of ownership, full economic independence and competitive activity. This market envisages the flexible use of various methods of economic management and the selection of such econometric models of service provision that provide an opportunity for rapid adaptation to changes in the external environment in competitive conditions.

I. Craftsmanship, modeling provides an opportunity to represent a large and complex system using a simple model.


II. There is a wide field for experiments with the structure of the econometric model of networks. By changing the parameters of the model several times, we can determine the most optimal state of enterprise activity. Through this model, we can experiment in EHM, and then apply it in life.
Experimenting with real objects can lead to many errors and high costs.
III. In order to create a model, networks are thoroughly studied and analyzed. After the model is created, new information about network processes can be obtained with its help. Thus, the network process becomes a continuous process.
A systematic methodology of complex problems in the craft is developed based on a systematic approach and general concepts. During the analysis, we take into account the internal and external environment of networks. This means that not only internal factors, but also external economic, geopolitical, social, demographic, environmental and other factors should be taken into account.
In addition, only approximate expressions of connections can be written using the formula. Because the number of factors that affect the living conditions of the population is very large, it is impossible to determine their complete list and write an equation that fully expresses their connection with the influencing result.
The development of living conditions of the population is such an incomplete connection that each value of the factors corresponds to different values ​​of the results of the factors influencing in different time and space. Therefore, the full number of influencing factors will be unknown. It is desirable to study such a relationship through correlational links. Through correlational analysis, we measure the relationship criterion that affects craft development, but we cannot determine the cause of the relationship.
We have selected information related to the reporting years 2004-2022, we have determined the service areas and the factors affecting them based on certain characteristics (Table 1).
Factors affecting the development of each network are distinguished separately in modeling. Based on this, we took other industries as a factor influencing the development of some industries. The influence of influencing factors affects networks in different degrees. Selected factors can be involved in modeling once or several times.
