Grammar: Using the plural form of nouns


Noun – is representing the name of person, thing, place. Question words are who? What? Where? There are singular and plural forms of nouns. Most nouns simply add –s to the end to become plural.
Plural form of nouns
Plural nouns are formed by adding -s,-es to the word. There are some rules in the table below.

1. If the word ends with -s,-ss, -ch,- sh, -x.	bus-buses actress-actresses bench-benches dish-dishes fox-foxes		1. -s is usually added to monosyllabic words in the plural form	ship-ships bag-bags

Lutfikhanim Sarimsokova was born on May 8, 1889 in Rishton district of Fergana region. She worked as an actress and singer in Mukhimiy theatre and Musical theatre. She mainly embodied the image of an innocent, kind “Mother”
