Lecturer: This is all that I wanted to say. Now what I’m going to 
do is to open the floor to you.
Question 1
Questioner 1: The way you describe it, it sounds great. I think 
there are many people in this room who would like to know 
how that kind of approach could be used economically in 
differently resourced institutions with the outcomes that you 
have had.
Lecturer: I was hoping someone would ask that question. You 
see, the key is to keep people involved. Sending encouraging 
notes, motivating people to share, inviting them to watch best 
practices. These are not resource intensive things. 
6 Can you apply this approach to any subject area?
7 I wonder if you could provide more details about how you 
conducted your needs analysis.
