Face of IT Park: Kirill Chehlatov — specialist of the invisible Front
Dear friends, we continue to introduce you to the employees of IT Park, who make a huge contribution to the development of the IT-sphere day after day. Today the guest of our traditional column "Face of IT Park" is the Backend developer of the educational department - Kirill Chehlatov.
Kirill is 18 years old. He was born in the Bukhara region, graduated from school №19 in Bukhara.
Our hero came to the field of programming at the age of 15. During his studies, he preferred freelancing, which allowed him to find a balance between studying at school and getting commercial programming practice.
Kirill started his career at IT Park in 2022.
“My resume was noticed by an IT Park HR employee in the IT Market Telegram channel. He called me and invited me for an interview. After successfully passing the interview, I was hired for a trial period for the position of a Backend developer, and two months later I was officially employed at IT Park.”
Now Kirill's tasks include developing and finalizing the backend part of sites in programming languages such as Python, Php and JavaScript. He also helps other developers on the team.

Why exactly IT Park?
Kirill admits that at the beginning of his career he experienced some difficulties, but his love for the profession and a friendly team helped him overcome the obstacles.
"As in any job, programming also has its own difficulties. For example, we often have a compressed time frame and the occurrence of various bugs. But thanks to a wonderful, close-knit team, all the difficulties that were encountered on the way were overcome with ease.
I remember with a smile the team building activities of our organization, and most of all I remember the game of Secret Santa and the warm atmosphere of this event.”
Kirill is pleased that IT Park is doing great things to improve the quality of life of the population, and he is proud to be involved in this case.

What do you think about the IT-sphere of Uzbekistan?
The hero of the column notes that the IT-sphere in Uzbekistan is developing rapidly, more and more young people are interested in building a career in this direction and in the near future, IT specialists will be the most in-demand personnel.
“It is clear to all of us that the future is connected with digital technologies. I am glad that our government creates all conditions for the development of the ICT industry. The creation of IT Park was the first step towards the formation of an IT ecosystem, this is the foundation on which the development of the IT market of the whole country will be fixed. If we talk about the contribution from IT Park, then our organization provides jobs, trains the younger generation in IT skills, pays great attention to inclusive education, and this is an important aspect in the development of any state.”
What the organization is doing, Kirill continues, contributes to improving the competitiveness of the economy and the image of Uzbekistan in the international arena.
“Due to the fact that our country is only on the threshold of the development of the IT sector, IT Park is the first public center for startups in Uzbekistan, and I believe that we have great prospects. An important indicator is that many foreign investors choose Uzbekistan for their IT projects. This means that our country is moving in the right direction and there are more achievements and successes ahead."
Tell us about your hobbies and dreams
Among Kirill's favorite activities are reading articles and books on programming, studying new frameworks and libraries. In his spare time, he also enjoys reading psychological and philosophical literature.
In order to achieve higher skill in the field of programming, our hero plans to enter the Massachusetts Institute of Technology at the Faculty of Information Technology.
“Now my biggest dream is to enter the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. I chose this institute for a reason: it is famous for its high-quality programs and qualified teachers. I am sure that I will be able to realize my ambitions there and achieve success in my career as a programmer. And I believe that I will succeed!”
