III. Асосий қисм (амалий машғулотлар)
All language skills - listening comprehension, reading, writing and speaking - are taught to students in an integrated manner in the practical training of the second foreign language. Internationally recognized criteria of language acquisition are followed in the organization, conduct of practical training and assessment of students' language acquisition:
By listening comprehension competence:
Level A1 - the student should be able to understand words and phrases about himself and his family when people speak slowly and clearly.
A2 level - should be able to understand commonly used words and phrases on familiar topics (eg simple family, shopping, local areas, profession, work) as well as the gist of short, clear, simple messages and announcements.
V1 level - on topics familiar to him (work, education
institution, recreation, etc.) to be able to understand the main content of a clearly stated sentence, which means to understand the content of the whole sentence, focusing mainly on the important words in the text.

Level V2 - should understand a large volume of speech given through lectures or television, more difficult speech on familiar topics, understand the main idea of ​​the topics discussed while listening to and watching news broadcast on TV and radio, and understand well the content of films shown in literary language.


By reading competence:
A1 level – description in simple sentences (names of places) during reading
must understand the given words and phrases. (m.n., instructions for the use of purchased items, signs, tables, etc.)
A2 level - very short, simple texts (notes, reminders,
it is expected that he can read and understand, can find the information he needs from texts related to daily life (advertisement, advertisement, menu), can read and understand short and simply written personal letters.
Level V1 - it should not be difficult for the student to understand the texts based on words related to everyday life and work, to understand the events, places, feelings and wishes described in the letters.
Level V2 - able to read and understand articles on current topics,
he should read modern prose works and understand their content. Because when the student is reading the work, it is assumed that he should pay attention to its main idea, not its literal translation.
In terms of writing competence:
A1 level - simple and short sentences, for example by mail
should be able to write sentences to be written on postcards, fill in special forms that require personal information (name, surname, nationality and address).
A2 level - should be able to write short and simple notes, for example, write a letter to a friend based on simple sentences.
V1 level - should be able to write meaningful texts with simple sentences on familiar or interesting topics, write letters about the impressions he got from the events he witnessed.
Level V2 - information on subjects of interest to the student
he should be able to give and express his thoughts on them in writing, clearly express his views on the subject, negative or positive aspects in writing.
Speaking (dialogue, monologue) competence:
A1 level (dialogue) - it is expected that he can ask simple questions and answer such questions when necessary, and that he will be of great help to the student when the interlocutor repeats/corrects what the student said.
Monologue - should be able to describe the place of residence and acquaintances in simple terms, as well as be able to speak sentences that can be used in shops and hotels.
A2 level (dialogue) - able to communicate on uncomplicated and familiar topics related to everyday life, sometimes understand well
if he can't, he should be able to talk about his likes and dislikes and express his wishes in simple language in order to continue communication.

Monologue - choose words and phrases to describe family, daily life, lifestyle, educational institutions and profession


he should be able to speak with them.
Level V1 (dialogue) - the student can converse on everyday topics with people who can speak the second foreign language he is learning as if he were speaking his mother tongue, can easily join conversations on topics such as family, hobbies, professional activities, and can express his opinions, feelings and impressions .
Monologue - the student should be able to express events, wishes and intentions with simple sentences, express his impressions by telling the plots of a work of art or a film.
Level V2 (dialogue) - able to freely communicate with native speakers, actively participate in the discussion of familiar topics, as well as interview native speakers and answer their questions.
Monologue - the student should be able to make clear and detailed sentences on the topics of his interest, describe events and things related to the relevant topics.
