Implementation of the research results. Based on scientific conclusions and 
recommendations on the study of the history of political processes in the Ferghana 
Valley during the reign of the Sheibanids: 
information about the transition of the Ferghana Valley to the Sheibanid 
dynasty, which took place in three stages: the first stage (1503) - the recognition of 
the power of Shaibani Khan by the ruler of Ferghana Ahmad Tanbal, the second 
stage (1504) - the end of the reign of Ahmad Tanbal and the third stage (1510-

1514) the establishment of the power of the Mongol Khan Sultan Said Khan in 
Ferghana under the influence of political processes after the death of Shaybani 
Khan and the restoration of the Sheybanid rule in the valley in the person of the 
governor of Tashkent Sevinchkhodzha Khon, provided in the form of maps, tables 
and other publications, was used in the development of exposition plans and 
organization of exhibitions at the State Museum of History and Culture of the 
Ferghana region (Certificate of the Agency for Cultural Heritage under the 
Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 02-01/286 
dated January 31, 2022). The presented materials served as a source for the 
replenishment of the museum fund, the creation of popular science reference 
books, their scientific substantiation; 
Information regarding the fact that during the reign of the Sheibanids the 
Ferghana Valley was administratively divided into two parts: the Akhsi and 
Andizhan regions, as well as the names of the Sheybanid sultans who ruled in the 
Ferghana Valley (Janibek Sultan (in Akhsi), Mahmudshah Sultan (in Andizhan), 
Jumonmardalikhan Sultan (in Andizhan), Amin Sultan (in Andizhan), 
Dostmuhammad Sultan (in Akhsi), Mumin Sultan (in Andizhan), Hashim Sultan 
(in Andizhan), Isfandiyar Sultan Sultan (in Andizhan), Poyanda Muhammad 
Sultan (in Akhsi)) were used as a source when creating the script for the program 
"Tarixiy Savol" ("Historical Question") on the channel "O'zbekiston tarixi" in 2021 
(Certificate of the State Unitary Enterprise "O'zbekiston tarixi" of the National 
Television and Radio Company of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 20, 
2021 No. 08-14-433). This contributed to providing the program with rich 
scientific data and its popularization.
