Activity 1 Find the odd word.

Let PP read the words and find the odd word in each list.

Activity 2a Copy and complete the sentences.

Objective: to practise writing sentences;

Ask PP to complete the text in the Classwork and Homework page individually.

Activity 2b Work in pairs. Listen and guess your partner's favourite subject.

Objective: to practise listening for specific information;

PP work in pairs. They take turns in describing their favourite subject. They must not name the subject as it is their partner's task to guess it.
