Conclusions: It can be concluded that the created model of the spleen wound
adequately models small wounds of the spleen in humans. Without the use of
hemostatic agents, bleeding has a slight tendency to stop, and in the postoperative
period it can resume with a fatal outcome.

ABSTRACT
Household and industrial waste disposal problem becomes more and more
pressing all over the world. There is a certain group of waste, which is called medical
waste. It is generated by healthcare facilities. Its disposal is one of the most urgent
problems for the modern society.
Key words: infectious diseases, medical waste, disinfection, disposal
incinerator, sterilization, disinfection.
Medical waste is deemed to be a factor of not only direct, but also indirect
risk of infectious and non-infectious diseases among the population and medical
personnel due to possible contamination of the hospital environment and
environmental elements: water, air, soil, food [5]. The adoption of safety methods to
collect, transport and decontaminate waste from healthcare facilities (HCF) is one
of the most important issues. In the Republic of Uzbekistan, medical waste is
decontaminated and disposed according to the Laws on the Sanitary and
Epidemiological Welfare of the Population, on the Protection of the Citizens Health,
on the Waste, on the Protection of Atmospheric Air, Order of the Ministry of Health
of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Compliance with Sanitary, Hygienic, Anti-
Epidemic, and Disinfection Regimes in the Healthcare Facilities.
According to SanPiN of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 0317-15 'Sanitary
Rules and Standards for the Collection, Storage and Disposal of Waste in the
Healthcare Facilities of the Republic', the waste of healthcare facilities is deemed to
be any waste generated by hospitals, clinics, dispensaries, ambulance and blood
transfusion stations, long term care facilities, research institutions, and medical
educational institutions, veterinary clinics, pharmacies, pharmaceutical enterprises,
