Annotatsiya : today, the most acute problem - social work with families 
of disabled children. With the rapid growth in the number of children with 
disabilities of the problem of the actual increases in equal proportions.This 
tool is effective in rehabilitation of disabled children - this is his family in the 
social environment for the children most of the mild type. For this reason, in 
our modern life socio-economic and demographic problems stand out as 
separate problems among the families of children with disabilities. 
Unfortunately faced with the problem associated with the birth of a disabled 
child in the family in many cases the father's family will leave. Consequently, 
the size of the necessary work for the rehabilitation of handicapped children 
from the mother for a long time require to carry out activities that require 
systematic work. 
The need to care for disabled children, first and foremost, the parents of 
the family had been forced to leave their work for the reason that the socio-
economic adaptation will complicate the process. Negative trends in 
ijtimoiylashtirish not only objective factors such families, but also subjective 
factors associated with both of them, if this group of social status, lifestyle, 
and aware of legislative and law enforcement issues associated with 
sufficient literacy of parents. Today the state's social policy in the transition 
stage of the development of society in the clarification of the theoretical 
and methodological basis of the study it is important to konseptual it is 
associated with liberal values and new features. Economical relations 
formed in the process of economic change state of the country, a model of 
social and economic behavior of the population is set to bring change. 
Tarbiyalayotgan disabled children of the family has become the most 
vulnerable category.
