GROUP Ltd. and owns 1% of the shares of IMAN GROUP Ltd. ;

TOVARISHESTVO" (LP Iman), an affiliate entity of the Company, registered in accordance with the 
legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan (certificate of registration dated February 13, 2020, No. 814296, 
TIN: 307128450, located at the address: Republic of Uzbekistan, Tashkent, Mirabad district, st. 
Shakhrisabs, house 16), acts as a beneficiary under this public offer;

IMAN Group Ltd. (Holding Company), a company registered in Astana Financial Center 
(certificate of registration dated April 12, 2021, No. 2104400900113, located at the address: Mangilik El, 
bldg 55/22 С4.3 office 140, Nur-Sultan city, The Republic of Kazakhstan) is a holder of 10,000,000 (ten 
million) redeemable shares in the Company.
