I. Outcome Notifications 

Both the Complainant and Respondent will be notified in writing of the outcome of the investigation and of the 

sanctions imposed, if any. 

If the Respondent is a third party, the notice of outcome will include a finding of fact and a justification for the 

decision based on appropriate legal standards.  

 

J. Appeals 

 

If the Complainant or Respondent is a student, he or she may appeal the outcome determination by written 

appeal to the Campus President within 15 days of notification of the outcome.   An appeal may be made based 

only on one or more of the following reasons:
