For Level One warnings and Level Two Violations: 

 

• 

Student should file a written grade appeal through their Dean of Academic Affairs and Operations who 

will forward to the appropriate individual.  

• 

First level of appeal is to the Program Director or Program Chair, whichever is located on the student's 

campus. For campus-based students who are enrolled in an online course, the first level of appeal is to 

the online Program Director 

• 

Second level of appeal is to the Dean of Academic Affairs and Operations at the South University 

campus where the student is enrolled. 

• 

The third and final level of appeal is to the College/School Dean.  The decision of the College/School 

Dean is final.
