The objective is for the additional components that could not be cov-

ered under the original project because it went to the Board in June

(R) First South East Europe Gas APL: The objective is to estab-

lish an integrated market in electricity and natural gas, based on com-

and the 2002 and 2003 Memoranda of Understanding and The Treaty

is now effective and the countries of South East Europe are working

to develop the region’s gas network and market. This project is no longer



in the lending program. Further reporting will be discontinued.
