5. CLAUSE- a part of a sentence that has its own subject and verb.

6.COMPOUND- to form something by combining separate things.

7. COMPONENT- one of the parts of something.

8. COMPOSITE- something that made up of different parts.

9. CONJUNCTION- a word that joins together words, phrases, clauses or sentences.

10. COORDINATION- the process of causing things so that they work together well.

11. DEMONSTRATIVE- showing who or what is being referred to.

12.ELLIPTICAL- using few words and therefore hard to understand.

13. JOINING- the act or an instance of joining one.

14.INFINITIVE- a verb form normally identical in english with the first person singular.

15. INTERROGATIVE- having the form of a question rather than statement or command.

16. INTRANSITIVE- a verb without an object, e.g. laugh, swim
