pouring out the rest of the contents of the bottle into a glass, he saw floating out 

of the bottle what semed to be the partly decomposed remains of a snail then she 

claimed she began feel bad. What she had seen. 

Secondly,  Mrs  Donoghue  absolutely  right.  It  was  that  any  manufacturer  of 

product intended for human consumption must be licible to the consumer for any 

damage resulting from lack of reasonable care of ensure that the product is fit for 

consumption. Every manufacturer must be able to guarantee their product. 

Finally, the Lords  decided  in favour of Mrs Donoghue.  The case pouded  through 

various  appleas  to  the  highest  court  in  the  land  but  another  hand,  Nowadays, 

there  are  a  lot  of  unsafe  products  and  things  that  are  not  guaranted  now.  So

Part II. 

Task 1. 

 

On the night of February 12, 2021 at 21:00,  The actions of citizen named A, 

who tried to steal a government car parked in front of the government building of 

Shayhantahir  district  on  Amir  Temur  street,  aroused  suspician  among  the  traffic 

officers who were following him. Traffic officers came to A and told him to leave, 

but  a  citizen  named  A  resisted  them  and  attacked  the  security  guards.  The 

hooligan  injured  several  policemen.  The  police  were  also  forced  to  use  force 

against A and  tried to arrest  him.  One of  the policemen  grabbed A and  dragged 

him out of the servise car. As a precaution, the hooligan A was taken into custody 

and his case was to be decided by the courts. The next day, A was brought to the 

prison.  He  was  told  that  he  was  fed  up  with  the  high  taxes  and  that  he  was 

involved  in  the  prison.  But  citizen  A  was  sentenced  to  2  years  in  prison  for 

rebelling  against  the  police  and  refusing  to  obey  their  orders.  The  verdict  was 

final. He was taken to prison.

Task 2.  

 

There  are  many  students  enter  the  university.  Every  year  some  of  them 

prefer  living  in  an  apartment  but  others  prefer  living  in  a  university  dormitory. 

This  choise  severely  affects  their  academic  performanse  and  student  life.  While 

many disciples choose university halls, others want to live in an apartment and it 

has both benefits and demerits. This assay examines both pros and cons of living 

in a separate apartment than living in the university residence. 

 

There  are  many  plus  of  living  in  apartments.  Firstly,  students  is  free  to 

choose his roomate by  himself or prefer to life alone. Secondly, apartment  does 

not  inhibit  his  movement  freedom  as  the  dermitory  does.  Thirdly,  learners  who 

live  in  an  independent  house  can  choose  a  quiet  neighbourhood  and  this 

invironment  is  conducive  for  studying  attentiwely.  Student  can  make  changes  in 

the  apartment  to  feel  better  like  home  such  as  addding  home  furniture. 

Addationaly, students are free  to sleep and study at any  time  he  wants and this 

does not happen in university dormitory because of its regulation and laws. 

 

Turning  to  the  other  side  of  argument,  living  in  an  apartment  rather  than 

university  dormitory  has  some  visible  disadvandages.  First  and  foremost  in  the 

cost. Living in an apartment is quite expensive. While the university offers cheap 

accomodation.  In  addition  to  the  daily  commuting  is  convenient  from  the 

university halls While not so easy from the apartments away  from the university 

campus. Furthermore, the landlords prefer families over the students. 

  

All  thing  considered,  even  though  there  are  many  benefits  of  living  in  an 

apartment  than  living  in  a  university  hall,  I  would  prefer  to  live  in  the  university 

dormitory.  The  primary  reason  for  me  to  be  able  to  attend  my  classes  without 

commuting  through  had  traffic.  I  would  also  like  to  enjoy  my  university  life  and 

stay in touch with my seniors, teachers and groupmates. Whenever possible.
