diet in order to get all the necessary substances without facing the 
problem of obesity. 
When developing practical recommendations to improve the 
quality of life of the population, its preservation and reproduction, 
the most important direction forms the introduction of the ideology 
of health and healthy lifestyle as a national idea. In order to improve 
the reproductive health of young people, improve the quality of life of 
persons with disabilities, the poor and the elderly, and ensure the 
health of the younger generation, it is necessary to organize function-
al nutrition. 
Functional nutrition is a food that helps to improve the function-
ing of all organs and systems of the human body. Functional nutri-
tion is closely related to the functions performed by a particular indi-
vidual in the economic life of society: a schoolboy, a student, a young
