1.5. "Green" economy problems and solutions
In the next decade, "Green Economy" had a significant impact on improving people's lifestyle and increasing their real income. But the "Green economy" has not been fully formed and developed, its influence level is currently limited, it cannot fully satisfy the needs of the people, which is constantly growing and expanding in the context of a shortage of resources, therefore, the socio-economic, did not become the basis of sustainable development.
In our opinion, a complex, systematic approach is necessary to the study of the "Green Economy", that is, to consider socio-economic and environmental issues as a whole, as a system, dialectical connection and development, conflicts between them, mutual -we should conduct scientific research in order to logically study the effect on each other.
In the following years, especially in 2021-2022, a number of positive changes have taken place in the "Green Economy". For example, the Republic of China launched its national "Green" trade system, suspended the operation of 2,000 enterprises emitting greenhouse gas SO ₂ into the atmosphere, and exempted "green" enterprises from taxes.
US President Joseph Biden stated that it is necessary to renew the Paris Agreement on climate change management, because climate change is a matter of life and death for every country. Later, the UN gave full support to this proposal at the climate change summit held in Glasgow.
In recent years, various crises have occurred, because the main goal of economic growth in the current model has a negative impact on social and ecological processes. Humanity is looking for a new way of development, which will eventually be explained by the transition to the "Green" economy.
According to the UN report, sustainable development is a development in which the needs of the current generation are fully satisfied, and the life and needs of the future generation are not endangered or adversely affected.
In our opinion, "sustainable development" is a process of economic, socio-ecological interdependence, in which the environment, natural resources, financial investments, the direction of information technologies and the directions of personal competence are mutually coordinated. , strengthens the current and future possibilities in order to satisfy various human needs.
