WORK AND TRAVEL USA 2022 PROGRAM COST 
AND REFUND POLICY 
PREMIUM Program registration price is $3215 
The SEVIS fee is $35. 
The total program price is $3250 
PAYMENT STRUCTURE: 
$500 – first payment, must be completed within 10 days after the initial interview with Global Friends 
representative and acceptance on the program. 
$2750 – second payment, must be completed Upon placement approval by Visa Sponsor. 
REFUND POLICY: 
1.1 If
a participant has been accepted but decides to cancel 
Summer Work and Travel USA 2022
any time before 
placement process starts, the participant will be refunded with $200. Global Friends will keep $300 to cover the 
operational expenses. 
1.2 If a participant has been placed (received placement option and submitted decision to Global Friends 
office) but decides to cancel Summer Work and Travel USA 2022 at any time due to personal reasons, Global 
Friends will keep $500 to cover the operational expenses and sponsor fees associated with your cancellation. 
2.1 If
a participant decides to cancel their participation for ANY reason in Work and Travel USA 2022 at any time 
BEFORE choosing the job offer, a non-refundable fee of $1135 will be retained by Global Friends, whereas the 
remaining amount will be refunded to the participant.
2.2 If
a participant decides to cancel their participation in Work and Travel USA 2022 AFTER signing the job offer 
and BEFORE the DS-2019 issuance, a non-refundable fee of $1285 will be retained by Global Friends, whereas 
the remaining amount will be refunded to the participant.
2.3 If
a participant decides to cancel their participation in Work and Travel USA 2022 AFTER the DS-2019 
issuance, a non-refundable fee of $1435 will be retained by Global Friends, whereas the remaining amount will 
be refunded to the participant.
2.4 If
a participant decides to cancel their participation in Work and Travel USA 2022 AFTER the Visa is approved 
and issued, no refunds will be issued by Global Friends.
2.5 In
the event that a participant’s visa is denied, a non-refundable fee of $1235 and SEVIS will be retained by 
Global Friends, whereas the remaining amount will be refunded.
3. Special circumstances.
3. In the event of a pause/ban/cancellation of the 2022 Summer Work and Travel program by the US and/or 
Uzbekistan Governments or by any Acts of God, or by any other circumstances that affect participation in the

program in the way that will make participation absolutely impossible (determined by Global Friends only), 
Global Friends will offer participants the following options: 
- 3.1 Free Transfer of still qualifying participant the equivalent program to next year. In this case Global 
Friends will absorb all additional cancellation and SEVIS fees so participant doesn’t have to pay anything 
extra.
or 
- 3.2 request a total cancellation of their program in which Global friends will retain a non-refundable fee of 
$1235 plus SEVIS, which is equivalent to the Visa Denial Fee, whereas the remaining amount beyond this 
fee will be refunded 
Participants which are cancelled and refunded under special circumstances will receive an additional voucher 
equivalent of $1000 towards future services by Global Friends.
Unless otherwise stated or agreed upon, Global Friends process all refunds in August 2022. 
ADDITIONAL EXPENSES: 
The program price does not include the following additional expenses:
1. Embassy Interview fees - $160
2. Round trip airline ticket to the U.S.: Approximately $1400
3. One-way airline ticket within the U.S. to your employer: Approximately: $400
4. Pocket money for U.S. housing deposit and 1st month’s expenses: $1600
