(кунгирок килиш ёки килмасликка хайронман) He wanted to know whether to submit the documents or not. (хужжатларни такдим этиш ёки этмасликни билмокчиман) You needn’t decide whether to study arts or science. He couldn’t remember whether to run left or right. I didn’t know whether to continue studying or not. She wasn’t thinking about whether to accept the invitation.
