In this pedagogical practicum period I have been working as a young personnel as well as a learner.This practical time supports me with different kinds of valuable methods and the way of teaching .Besides those I have learnt how to organize an interesting lesson ,how to create a friendly atmosphere in the classroom and how to communicate with pupils.During my lesson observation I had a golden chance for observing a real pedagogical skill that was shown by specialist teacher. I was witness for the modern ways of teaching as well as interactive ways.
Through learning new teaching methods,technologies I could organize a lesson plan ,activity as well as a handout which is heplful for smoothly comprehending theme.In my lesson plan I used many more activities in order to teach pupils effectivly,and do not make them bored with only teacher speeches. Duration a lesson pupils will have an opportunity make a conversation with one another and a chance of attenting some kinds of activities and listening,singing a song that’s connected to the theme.Before the beginning of the lesson teacher and pupils greeting and do some warm -up activities as well as checking-up homeworks.In the essential parts of class teacher will support the whole class with information and knowledge that is related to the theme.At the same time teacher organize an activity for making sure understanding pupils.Teacher gives questions related to the topic for reinforse pupils attention learnt theme.Teacher has an influence non-active pupils who are not attend the class and meanwhile fast learning and active pupils should be encouraged with rewarding marks.
My first lesson plan was about work and jobs.That’s why I fullfil my previous lesson plan with information and data as well as the plan of dialogues .In a lesson children acquire the skill of speaking about future professions and where they may work.The lesson involves getting acquainted with new words and while pupils will have a talk they should use vocabulary system for making sentence completed and related to the theme. At the end of the first lesson observation I really sure that being a well qualified teacher is not easy as I think,it involves much more knowledge and practise with pupils and one thing really essential that how to communicate with pupils .I have discovered that once a teacher makes a good impression on children ,they look up to the teacher automatically and follow the rules that teacher said.
