Prospective Social Members are invited to attend and participate in at least three City Club

social and/or educational events before proceeding with the application process. We encourage

prospective members to attend one social lunch, one program, and one Happy Hour so they

can have a well-rounded City Club experience.

2. Sponsors

The Primary Sponsor serves as the candidate’s ambassador and advocate throughout the

application process and duration of the membership. The two Secondary Sponsors are

members who already know or have met the candidate during City Club functions, can vouch for

the candidate’s character and desire to see the candidate become a Social member.

3. Submit Applicaiton and Joining Fee

Candidates shall complete the Membership Application Form which includes contact information

for the applicant, a personal questionnaire and signed Statements of Sponsorship from each

Sponsor. The completed applications should be submitted to City Club Management for

review. If questions or concerns arise regarding an applicant’s suitability for membership, City

All candidates for Business Membership shall study the Club’s Charter in detail and file the Club’s one

page application indicating why and how they are an ideal candidate for Business Membership, and

how they plan to contribute to the synergy of the City Club community. Ideal candidates will be invited

to meet with a representative of the Club for a tour and interview.

Business Memberships require no joining fee and are subject to monthly dues plus expenses including

meals, parking and spa services. All Business Memberships are renewed on a month-to-month basis

unless a member has entered into a long term lease for a private office or suite.

Business Membership Application Process

City Club is a community of individuals, however, for legal, tax and financial benefit of our members,

a City Club membership may be issued in the name of a corporation, partnership or trust. The

membership entity must then designate one individual who will have City Club membership benefits

and is responsible for managing payment of dues and charges. This designated person must meet the

eligibility requirements for Social or Business membership. No person other than the designated user is

entitled to City Club member benefits. City Club memberships are not transferable.

Membership Held by a Legal Entity

Every City Club Social Member is entitled to a one-time membership sabbatical of up to six months.

This sabbatical can be taken for medical, financial or travel reasons. During this time, monthly dues

and other membership responsibilities are placed on hold. At the end of the sabbatical, members can

reactivate their membership by renewing their regular dues and fees.

Business Members cannot apply for sabbatical as their memberships are month-to-month or dictated

by their lease terms.

Social Membership Sabbatical

Social Members may resign their City Club membership at any time by delivering written notice of

their intent to the City Club Manager. Member-initiated resignation is irrevocable unless otherwise

determined by Management. Resignation, suspension or termination of membership does not release

the member from paying delinquent or unpaid charges on the account. Members are not entitled to a

refund of their joining fee, monthly dues or other charges if their membership is terminated by City Club.

City Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership if the member knowingly submits

false information on the membership form, fails to pay outstanding charges due to City Club or its

affiliates, treats City Club employees, visitors and/or members in an abusive manner, violates the terms

and conditions of this Membership Charter or exhibits any conduct deemed unacceptable by the City

Club’s Management.
