Membership Charter C EST. 1891 C H All candidates for Business Membership shall study the Club’s Charter in detail and file the Club’s one page application indicating why and how they are an ideal candidate for Business Membership, and how they plan to contribute to the synergy of the City Club community. Ideal candidates will be invited to meet with a representative of the Club for a tour and interview. Business Memberships require no joining fee and are subject to monthly dues plus expenses including meals, parking and spa services. All Business Memberships are renewed on a month-to-month basis unless a member has entered into a long term lease for a private office or suite. Business Membership Application Process City Club is a community of individuals, however, for legal, tax and financial benefit of our members, a City Club membership may be issued in the name of a corporation, partnership or trust. Member-initiated resignation is irrevocable unless otherwise determined by Management. Resignation, suspension or termination of membership does not release the member from paying delinquent or unpaid charges on the account.
