ABOUT MILITARY TRAINING DEPARTMENT OF THE FERGANA STATE UNIVERSITY
In accordance with the resolution USSR Council of Ministers 493/185 of June 25, 1965 military training was introduced in a number of civilian higher educational inst itutions, for the training of reserve officers and reserve from the number of students. The military chair of the Fergana State Pedagogical institute named after Ulugbek was established in June 1981 on the condition of the Minister of Education of the USSR and the Chairman State Committee of the USSR for Vocational and Technical Education № 267/989/159/172.
The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Uzbekistan, general-lietenant Ahmedov Rustam Urmanovich visited military chair in autumn of 1993.
Kadirovich visited military chair in the January in 1994.
By the order №242 “L” of the rector of the Fergana State University from 28.10.2004 the military chair was renamed to
