Dear Sir/Madam, 
I am writing this motivational letter to apply for a Master of Business 
Administration at University of California, Riverside for the 2023–24 academic 
year. It is an honor for me to have the opportunity to express myself at your 
university. 
Since my childhood, I have consistently achieved excellent grades in all 
subjects. At the age of 15, I enrolled in a specialized school for mathematics and 
English to receive a quality education, where I achieved great success. I was 
especially passionate about the English language as it gave me an access to the best 
resources in the world, and I found it interesting to learn. I participated in several 
English competitions until grade 8, where I consistently placed second in regional 
competitions despite sleepless nights of my study. 
However, after grade 9, I began participating in math competitions and won 
an honorary championship in the 9th and 10th grades at the National Olympiad in 
Mathematics, as well as participating in various international competitions. I always 
strived to be the best, and I cared deeply about self-improvement. I cared a little 
more to be better, studied a little more to learn and slept a little less to grow. I loved 
the spirit of caring to grow. 
While Mathematics taught me how to think analytically and use algorithms to 
solve problems I faced in life, through other subjects at school I learned critical 
thinking. English language gave me an access to the best resources in the world, and 
through competitions, I realized that everything is achievable with dedication and 
hard work. 
In addition, I was awarded a GOLD MEDAL (UM-O №0001729) for my 
academic success and exemplary behavior at the end of my school. To relieve stress 
while I was studying, I used to play sports such as football, tennis, and chess. In 
2019, our football team won the Youth Affairs Agency championship, and we were 
awarded a diploma. Currently, I regularly play chess on the chess players' site, i.e., 
Chess.com.
During my studies at the Institute of Finance, I achieved many academic 
successes and participated in different events, including voluntary and charity work, 
competitions, and tournaments. In fact, I entered Tashkent Institute of Finance with 
a 96% score on the entrance exam, scoring 181.5 points out of 189. Currently, I have 
a strong academic performance with an average GPA of 4.97 out of 5. 
I can genuinely say that I have had outstanding academic success in my 
undergraduate degree, backed by a proven record of my achievements. Moreover, I 
participated in four internship programs during my four years of study at the 
institute. Additionally, I have been working for two years in "The Support Pro LLC"

as a senior manager and a senior dispatcher in different departments, where my 
analytical and quantitative abilities were on display to tackle challenging problems. 
I also exhibited critical, strategic and quantitative thinking skills. 
University of California, Riverside is a comprehensive research university 
with particular features and a national as well as international impact. As a top global 
research university, it attracts many of the world’s best and brightest students. This 
university is a place where students challenge themselves by contributing to their 
chosen discipline, their community, and the world at large in a meaningful and 
sustainable way. 
In fact, at A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management, as a student of 
Business Administration program, I will be able to study everything from business 
foundation to business strategy and also it helps to develop my skills in decision 
modeling, enterprise systems, data mining, information security and analytical 
decision making. I think this is the right university for me to be a great business 
person in the future. In particular, this university allows me to study with students 
from different countries, which means that no matter what meetings I have in the 
future, I will be able to express my opinions freely to the audience. 
I would like to inform you that I am extremely eager to gain new experiences, 
improve my skills, and broaden my understanding of the dynamic business world. I 
will do my best to gain every possible outcome from the opportunities that I will be 
given. I am convinced that studying Business Administration at UCR School of 
Business will help me grow as a business specialist in the best way possible.
