Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the mobile telephone

I received from Gulobod tel weeks ago.

Firstly,the phone I was given was more expensive than usual.This phone was recommended to me by your sales assistent. I bought it despite its price. In addition, I was not satisfied with its functions. In that phone not only speed of working programs was very slow but also the memory capacity of the programs was very low. So, I could not install all programs which I need.

Furthermore, I was deeply offended bu the sales assistant. When I tried to explain the problem to her she did not want me to understand. She said the warranty of the product was over and she would not replace it.

As you can imagine, I am very angry. I hope that this matter can ve recolved with promptly or to make matters worse I shall be forced to take further action I hope you will not leave my complaint without answer.
