I have had many meals and taken part in many celebrations and parties over the years but among these, there is one particular time that I remember the most.
A few month ago we visited to Tashkent to be guests at my brother in-love’s home. And I had a good time and enjoyable meal with my family.
I still remember that day was women’s day. And in the morning We went out to see magic city. But my husband and my brother in love didn’t want to go with us and stayed at home. After going around, we returned home. When we opened the door, we were astonished because of seeing a colorful “Happy women’s day” banner sticked on the wall in the living room. Standing in front my husband and brother in-love gave us a bouquet of red roses and invited to the table. A special meal was prepared at home by them which I saw the first time.
There were fried meat, potatoes and some vegetables. The meat marinated and seasoned perfectly and the taste was simply delicious. I have never eaten delicious meat like this. Besides the main dish, a lot of drinks and sweets were served too.
We were over the moon. It was really great day with memorable atmosphere and terrific food.
