When having job openings we make sure to clearly state the qualification for the job opening and what it takes to get it. If some candidates do not qualify, we always can have training or follow-up consultations, so they can get fit for the job we offer, or jobs in the industry. We are not human resources company, however, we believe with stronger and more qualified human resources the country would flourish faster. 
ii. How do we recruit

1. 
   Announce our job opening on our website and/or on the sites and channels of our partners 
   
2. 
   Publish the application with the job, where interested candidates might apply and submit their recommendations and resumes 
   
3. 
   Go through received applications and resumes, select those who comply 
   
4. 
   Invite to the interview with HR-selected candidates 
   
5. 
   After interviewing with HR, a manager whose department is experiencing a need for new employees holds an interview 
   
6. 
   Candidate has training for 2-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the position
   
7. 
   Recruit and welcome new members of the team 
   
8. 
   Those who were not selected on this occasion are given detailed answers and recommendations on what to work on, to get employed with us in the future
