To whom it may concern,
I am writing you to promote my suggestions regarding advising young teachers who are in their first year of the job. I have a number of proposals which may be absolutely useful for them.
First of all, in my view, the best way of improving teaching skills is analyzing experienced tutors’ lessons. By virtue of their experience, young teachers can have brilliant opportunities to learn various types of methods by observing which will be helpful and effective.
Secondly, as new teachers are good at utilizing modern technology they are able to watch videos posted on Youtube by foreign experts. As a result teachers can make a clear plan and also prepare relevant handouts for their classes. Not only these materials make our lesson more successful, but also they play a vital role in making lessons more interesting.
I would be blissfully happy if you took my recommendations into account.
