Navoi in Tashkent made it possible to create opportunities for readers that correspond to world standards. Qualified specialists, operators, programmers and other employees who have acquired special knowledge work there. Of course, specialists with special knowledge work in other libraries of our country today, only most of them are over forty years old and there are almost no men among them. A modern librarian must not only be a skilled user of the Internet, but also have a good understanding of various library search engines. In essence, a librarian of the 21st century is a consultant who provides efficient, accurate and fast search for information needed by users.
