Importance of international foreign language certificates

TOPIC-I consists of 2 sections: reading and listening. TOPIC-II consists of 
3 parts: reading, listening and writing. The test consists of 2 sessions of 90 
minutes with a 30-minute break. The first session tests vocabulary, grammar and 
writing, the second session tests listening and reading. 
There are exams that determine how well a person knows a language, just 
like there are for other languages. We can use DALF, DELF, and TCF as 
examples. The DALF is a test that assesses a non-native speaker's degree of 
proficiency in the French language. Within DALF, there are two separate levels: 
C1 and C2. In order to do this, DALF is split into two separate degrees, each of 
which is linked to level 2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for 
Languages (CEFR). French institutions do not need applicants to take a language 
test if they have a C1 or C2 level. There are several DALF and DELF test 
directions, therefore we should be aware of it. Adults are the target market for 
DALF. DALF is aimed at an adult audience. DELF Prime for children and DELF 
junior version for teenagers and DELF for schools. 
There is also a TCF test. The TCF is a standardized test of French language 
proficiency. It is regulated and managed by CIEP, a public partner of the French 
Ministry of Education. 
TORFL and TRKI are tests that determine the level of knowledge of the 
Russian language. TORFL (Test of Russian as a Foreign Language) is a modern 
test of the Russian language for foreign citizens that meets international quality 
standards. TORFL has 6 different levels from A1 to 4 certification C2. TORFL 
consists of 6 subtests that test language competence in different areas of language 
use: writing, reading, listening, vocabulary, grammar and speaking. 
SPSU (St. Petersburg State University) Language Test Center was 
established on August 22, 1997 in order to organize and conduct the state test of 
Russian as a foreign language (TORFL). 
A exam to measure German language proficiency called the Goethe-Zertifikat 
is standardized to meet international standards. Official certificates are given to 
test takers, and the Goethe-Zertifikat is rated in accordance with the 6-level scale 
of pan-European language proficiency. You may be able to live, work, and attend 
a Studienkolleg in Germany thanks to the Goethe-Zertifikat.
