Analysis and Results Since 1991, when our country gained independence, great attention has been paid to small business and entrepreneurship. In accordance with the development programs developed during these periods, efforts have been made to further develop small business and private entrepreneurship in our country, and efforts are being made to such development. The task of further increasing the share of the private sector in the country's economy is being set and is being implemented gradually. In accordance with the adopted decisions and decrees, small business and entrepreneurship will play a key role in the country's economy, occupying a leading position in the ongoing market reforms. Measures are being identified for the further development of small business and private entrepreneurship, and it is proposed to create a system of privileges and preferences that will encourage the establishment of private enterprises and their activities, entrepreneurship and the growth of private ownership in production. In 2012 alone, two laws were passed to protect entrepreneurship. These are the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On protection of private property and guarantees of the rights of owners" and the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On guarantees of freedom of entrepreneurial activity." These laws provide for the creation of more opportunities for entrepreneurs. Emphasis was placed on their comprehensive protection and guarantees of property rights. Entrepreneurship is growing rapidly in countries around the world, especially in developed economies in the East and West. The share of entrepreneurs in the gross national product of some Western European countries has risen to 70-80 percent. More than 70% of the country's population is engaged in small business and private entrepreneurship. In recent years, Uzbekistan has been making serious efforts to further develop entrepreneurship and increase its role in the country's economy. We know that an economic and legal framework must be created for the development and expansion of business entities. Currently, such an economic and legal framework is being created. In order to ensure the development of this industry, a number of laws are being adopted and strategic plans are being developed for their implementation. Entrepreneurs aim to make large profits while producing the products or services they need for the people of the country, province, city or district where they operate, creating new markets, and creating new jobs for the job-seeking population. It will ultimately have an impact on improving the living conditions of the people in the country. Small business and private entrepreneurship provide assistance to the population in need of social assistance. Entrepreneurs provide a large amount of sponsorship for the needy, distribute free medicines to patients, and the development of entrepreneurship benefits both themselves and those who work in their enterprises and organizations, as well as the population of the region where they are located. Therefore, the development of entrepreneurial activity has been accepted as a key priority. For the further development of entrepreneurial activity, it is necessary, first of all, to study the theories of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship from an economic point of view. [4] Unlike some countries of the world, people have been engaged in entrepreneurial activities in Uzbekistan since ancient times. Areas such as handicrafts and trade existed in our country several centuries ago.[1] Competition, which is the main feature of a market economy, arises as a result of entrepreneurial activity and takes a sharp turn. People’s choices are expanding. Under the influence of the development of small business and private entrepreneurship, competition develops and improves. It is especially important to take into account the level of production costs and use of resources in business entities. Specific performance indicators take into account the level of use of individual costs and resources in the enterprise - fixed assets, materials and labor. The development of small business and private entrepreneurship will continue with the development of the economy. Entrepreneurial activity is characterized by the fact that it does not require large sums of money. Operating without large-scale initial investment will lead to improving the structural structure of the economy and finding solutions to problems and issues in this area, filling the market with consumer goods. Most importantly, this effective work is carried out under conditions of limited financial resources.[2] In our country, where radical changes are taking place, large-scale efforts are being made to develop all sectors and industries of the economy. The ultimate goal of such efforts is to create a decent living environment for every family. In addressing the theoretical issues of creating decent living conditions requires consideration of the socio- economic content of the family economy and the main priorities for improving its welfare, in particular, its organizational and economic factors. The beginning of such a task begins with the disclosure of the socio-economic content of such concepts as "family business", "family business".[3] Entrepreneurship is a separate strategic direction of firms and is seen as an internal firm orientation for the development of resources and opportunities. Entrepreneurship means the direction of firms and the pursuit of new opportunities, and therefore the firm's, manifests itself through the principles of acceptance of risk and proactivity. With a strong focus on research, firms with a high level of entrepreneurial-oriented processes have experience in creating new organizational forms and environmental configurations, and are able to adapt market mechanisms to their interests. Through the capitalization of entrepreneurship, firms develop a high trend in the implementation of projects with business partners.
