Abstract: The article is devoted to the study of the efficiency of drilling wells in difficult mining and geological conditions with modern hydrophysical drilling machines and the improvement of drilling modes with tools that destroy various rocks. Keywords: deformation formations, crowns of caudal curvature, shovel bits, gamma radiation. At present, the provision of rational technical means and technologies of enterprises in increasing the efficiency of enrichment works and reducing costs in the process of searching, exploration and extraction of mineral deposits is bearing fruit. It is known that at present, the possibilities of easy opening of mineral deposits with low cost are developing. Taking into account the complexity of the location and geological structure of gold ore deposits, it is of great importance to rationally combine geophysics, geochemistry and aerospace methods with drilling operations in order to increase the efficiency of geological exploration. This allows operational control of geological work and a sharp reduction in drilling. Due to the acceleration of the integration of the economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan into the world community, foreign countries and companies are paying attention to mineral deposits with interest. In recent years, the rate of introduction of modern technical means and advanced world technologies in geological exploration facilities has increased. Utilization of the potential of progressive methods requires the necessary renewal of the fleet of drilling rigs. The effective use of progressive drilling methods and technologies depends on their correspondence to geological and technical conditions, the specific characteristics of the type of rock-absorbing equipment, the method of cleaning the bottom of the well and lifting the core, as well as the ability to provide rational parameters of the technological process under these conditions, its energy capacity and the necessary equipment depends on the power. In coreless drilling, depending on the physical and mechanical properties of rocks, shovel bits, picoburs, diamond bits, diamond bits and special bits for impact-rotary drilling are used. utting-type shovel dolotos are intended for drilling soft and porous rocks of categories I-IV. These rock breakers increase the efficiency of drilling in mining and geological enterprises of our republic. The following physical processing processes were carried out by the Institute of Nuclear Physics of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan for rock breakers, that is, 3-blade shovels. γ-quanta of rock-cutting tool samples with an average energy of 1 MeV were performed in a pool-type "gamma setup" with Co60 sources. physical parameters of gamma channels are shown in the table below. 1- table Gamma physical parameters of channels
The gamma unit of the "Pool" type is designed to study the effect of gamma radiation on the characteristics and properties of various materials, products, and to change their properties.
The process of radiation exposure was carried out in the following order: • Surface cleaning (degreasing) of stone cutting tools. • Calculation of the required absorbed dose depending on the gamma channel and time exposure. • Installation of stone cutting tools in the gamma installation channel. • Hold the gamma channel of the installation of stone cutting tools in the estimated time. • Taking irradiated samples. • Carrying out dosimetric control of irradiated samples. In order to make a decision on the results of the scientific research, i.e. comparative analysis and decision on suitability for use, we went to the drilling site of Nurato KGE belonging to Urankamiobmetgeologiya JSC under the State Committee of Geology and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The table below shows the comparative economic indicators of the spade drills processed by the Institute of Nuclear Physics of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the planned and efficient, low-cost implementation of the volumes in the sedimentary rock drilling areas within the State Committee of Geology and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
