Abstract: To increase the quality of the product, to ensure the production of 
products that are most suitable for the existing and future needs, to increase the 
technical level and quality of the product to the level of the best foreign samples, to 
provide them with resources and to determine the economically acceptable tasks for 
increasing the quality of the product from the point of view of consumer requests. 
Product quality management is understood as the activities carried out to create, use, 
consume, determine, ensure, and maintain the required level of product quality.

documents, facility, system. 
 
The product quality management mechanism consists of a set of interrelated 
management objects and entities, management principles, methods, and functions used at 
different stages of the product life cycle, and different levels of quality management. In this 
case, indicators and descriptions of product quality, factors and conditions affecting their 
level, as well as processes of formation of product quality at different stages of the product 
life cycle are the direct objects of management. Various management bodies and individual 
persons working at different levels and performing quality management functions 
following generally accepted principles and methods of management are management 
subjects. Product quality management refers to the actions taken to establish, ensure, 
and maintain the required level of product quality during product creation, use, or 
consumption [1].
