This chapter describes how to install the MATLAB 6 family of products for 
Release 12.1, on a PC running Microsoft Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000, or NT. (See 
“System Requirements” on page 1-5 for information about specific platforms.) 
Use this standard installation procedure if you have an individual license. An 
individual license allows products to be installed and used on a single 
computer. You can also use this procedure for group licenses. With a group 
license, you can install MATLAB on up to a designated number of systems 
using the same license.
