A big/ huge/ massive fan of – supporter who really likes something. To be out of condition – Not in good physical health; not especially strong, healthy, or fit. Barbell – weight lifting gear. Blow the competition away – win the competition easily. To build muscle – gain muscle. Fitness program – schedule to work out more effectively. To get into shape – to have good fitness level. Performance enhancing – used to describe drugs that are taken illegally by someone who plays a sport to make them better at that sport. Average body – standard height and weight. Ultra-endurance – ability to work hardest as long as possible. Specialized body – body specialized for certain type of sports. Financial incentives – the monetary gain offered to athletes. Athletic performance – athletic condition. Energy-efficient – used to describe things that use only as much energy as is needed without wasting any. Different mindset – having different outlook.
