• What will we humans do when all industries are automated? It is necessary to gather the thoughts and think: which profession will bring benefit to the society tomorrow? Will I be unemployed in the future with the specialization I have chosen today?

In this regard, the work of guiding young people to the profession is very important. So, which industry is rapidly developing in Uzbekistan, and what kind of personnel will be needed in the near future?

“There is no way to know what professions exist in Uzbekistan in Uzbek”

- The decision of the Cabinet of Ministers dated October 4, 2017 “On further improvement of the classification of the main positions of employees and workers’ professions” (the last additions were made on January 24, 2019) was adopted. This list contains, first of all, obsolete professions. The updated version of the classifier includes a narrow range of professions. It must be recognized. But still, it is necessary to revise it, adapting it to the labor market in the conditions of the market economy.

• Secondly, the list of professions is given in Russian. It has no official Uzbek text. The issue of language is relevant here. There is an impression that the names of professions cannot be written in Uzbek. The majority of the population of Uzbekistan speaks the Uzbek language. Our young people do not have the opportunity to know what positions are available in our country in their mother tongue
