The purpose of the internship: Acquisition of experience in the implementation of research work, the study and assimilation of new technologies, techniques, the acquisition of additional competencies.
Topic of the dissertation work: "Enrichment of vegetable oils with biologically active additives by the encapsulation method"
Internship period: 24.04.2023 - 26.05.2023 (6 weeks)

3-4 weeks

Encapsulation of food ingredients. Encapsulation techniques.

6.

Equipment involved in the encapsulation process.

7.

Methods for evaluating the effectiveness of the encapsulation process.

5-6 weeks

Modeling the optimal conditions of the encapsulation process.
