I put in 14 to 16 hours a day there, but I still studied for and passed the USMLE steps.

This happened when I studied in 2nd year of medical school. I had a presentation at a scientific conference. I prepared the whole night and could not wake up early in the morning. I hurried up, got a taxi, and halfway realized that I wore two different socks, one of them was black and long second was white and short. The whole day I pulled my trousers down to hide them. After that, I made a habit for myself to prepare for the next day beforehand
