ABSTRACT
This dissertation explores the prospects of stock exchange development within the Republic, with a focus on the broader economic landscape and regulatory framework. The aim of this study is to provide a comprehensive analysis of the factors influencing the development of stock exchanges in the Republic, highlighting the potential for growth, challenges, and opportunities in the financial market.
The research begins by examining the historical evolution of stock exchanges globally and their significance in fostering economic development. It then delves into the current state of financial markets within the Republic, including an overview of existing stock exchanges and their operations.
A critical aspect of this dissertation involves identifying and assessing the regulatory and institutional framework governing stock exchanges. This includes an analysis of legal structures, market regulations, and the role of government entities in promoting financial market stability.
Furthermore, the study investigates the economic and financial conditions within the Republic that may impact the development of stock exchanges.
