I've started working at Skills Camp, a government-sponsored summer camp for teenagers

Embarking on a gap year to gain job experience in programming and coordinating has been a transformative journey. After two rounds of selection and interviews, On July 1, I've started working at Skills Camp, a government-sponsored summer camp for teenagers. Over five days, nine coordinators and I evaluated over 2000 applications and interviewed 1,000 prospects to select 150 young students. I personally supervised 31 students learning Flutter and Davinci Resolve. This professional setting improved my ability to work effectively with colleagues and maintain a balance of formality and informality.
Upon my return from camp, I actively pursued hands-on experience in mobile app development and came across the IT company called Githubit. After successfully passing the assessment, I began working as an intern on July 15th, dedicating two weeks to familiarize myself with the company's systems and understand my role. Starting on August 1st as a Mobile App Developer, I found myself primarily assigned to the Testing and Support sections of the company, which I am still working on to this day. My responsibilities include testing systems, resolving program bugs, administering network monitoring, and providing customer support. The invaluable experience I'm gaining at Githubit is truly immeasurable.
Securing a coordinator role at Skills Camp and joining Githubit as a Mobile App Developer has enhanced my skills and knowledge. Skills Camp refined my work ethic and communication skills, while Githubit deepened my mobile app development expertise with professional guidance. The experience that I gained from both jobs is truly priceless.

Over the course of five days, my fellow nine coordinators and I meticulously reviewed over 2000 applications and interviewed over 1000 candidates in order to select 150 young and ambitious students. I personally supervised a group of 31 students who were ecstatic to be learning new things. I had a lot of fun teaching them the basics of Flutter, a mobile app development platform, and Davinci Resolve. Working in a professional setting improved my ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and strike the right balance of formality and informality. It was also extremely fulfilling to share my passion and teach others about what I enjoy doing.
When I returned from camp, I actively sought employment that would provide me with hands-on experience in the field of mobile app development. I discovered about a good employment at a IT company called Githubit which was great a recent high school graduate looking to obtain work experience. I quickly applied for the job and passed the assessment, in which my talents were assessed through several tasks. On July 15th, I began working as an intern for Githubit.
During the initial two weeks, I voluntarily worked without compensation to fully grasp the company's systems, understand the requirements of my role, and identify the specific areas of projects on which I should focus. On August 1st, I officially began my position as a Mobile App Developer. To be candid, the workload since the beginning has been quite demanding as I have primarily been assigned to the Testing and Support department at Githubit. My responsibilities encompass tasks such as testing systems and running program tests prior to customer release, identifying and resolving program bugs, administering network monitoring, and providing customer support by addressing queries and resolving connectivity issues. The invaluable experience I am gaining at Githubit is beyond measure.
