CASE CONCERNING THE J-VID-18 PANDEMIC
During the court, my part was Aprepluya.
Judges: I appreciete and satisfy their service. They ruled the court very well.
If there is gonna be a question, If I am a judge , what decision I would make: I would go for Aprepluya’s side and in all three claims, I would have given and provided detailed proofs and claim backs, why they have more rights.
1 claim: Economic Ban
It was clearly mentioned by RANOVSTAYO that if there is not gonna be 50 confirmed cases of J-VID-18, there would be no ban on economy, travel ban. However, they implied this rule without following their own made rule, which caused a great loss for our country, $120 million. This should be compensated, by following $50 million and $40 million foreign investments.
2 claim: Not handing over Ms Vormund
Firstly, when she escaped and asks for room in consule, there is their right to give them and the period was 3 weeks. However, after 3 weeks, they did not hand her over. She is our country’s citizen and we have the right to give her a sentence. She broke the law by spreading the news on Tweeter. She has no right to do so!
3 claim: Aircraft shutdown
The pilot tried to reach out to them and warn them many times, but there was no respone. At first they should notify about their flight. There has been multiple warnings before shooting down the aircraft, the reason for shooting down was not damaging people, actually, there was a risk of terror attack and due to that this decision had been made.
