Goals and tasks of the work. The goals and objectives of the formation and development of the Namangan Region Public Education System is follows:

– Explaining the essence of the reforms and their significance in Namangan region during the Russian Empire;

– to determine the structure of the Soviet system in the preparation of general education and teachers during the Soviet era in the Namangan region;

– To analyze the harmful consequences of the spiritual-moral upbringing and compulsory policy-making of the educational process in the Soviet system of public education;

– to explain the essence of the administrative and managerial management system in the field of education;

– Analysis of the problems and shortcomings in the system of public education in our region in the context of Uzbekistan's independence;

– Analysis of the public education reform in the Republic of Uzbekistan in Namangan region;

– analysis of shortcomings and achievements in the material and technical base of the existing schools in the Namangan region in the early years;

– Studying the peculiarities of the work carried out in the spiritual and educational sphere by the Namangan regional department of public education and giving final conclusions.
