The implementation of the research results:
on the basis of scientific conclusions and proposals developed in the process 
of researching the history of establishing healthcare system in Turkestan 
Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, Bukhara Peoples Soviet Republic and 
Khorezm Peoples Soviet Republic: 
the results on the substantiation of the factors that influenced the spread 
of social and infectious diseases, the disclosure of the influence of social living 
conditions on human health, the determination of statistics and charts related to the 
birth rate and mortality of children were used in the fundamental project OT-F8-002 
“The influence of modern civilization on the social appearance of person”, 
implemented at Karshi State University (certificate No. 89-03-924 of the Ministry 
of Higher and Secondary Special Education of March 2, 2020). This served as a 
basis for the positive results of the reforms in the healthcare sector, first of all, their 
inextricable connection with the conditions of social life, as well as the importance 
of protecting motherhood and childhood in upbringing a healthy generation;

the ideas, analytical conclusions and recommendations that putted forward in 
this research work were used to justify the connection of social living conditions 
with healthcare system, analysis of the details of the spreading of various 
epidemics, establishment of maternal and child health, birth rates, the historical 
process in the field of training medical personnel in the classes on the “History of 
Uzbekistan”At Karshi State University (certificate No. 89-03-924 of the Ministry 
of Higher and Secondary Special Education of March 2, 2020). This served to get 
students to the understanding that even now in public healthcare system, topical 
issues are measures to combating epidemics and prevent them; 
scientific results on research of social life, in particular, living conditions, 
status of food consumption by the population and their impact on health indicators, 
as well as the history of infectious diseases and epidemics, were effectively 
used in the implementation of 2019 work plan for the Kashkadarya Regional 
Council of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan, as " Establishing the activity of 
the propagandistic group “Young Volunteers” (paragraph 21) and organizing 
discussions among young people on the topic: “Healthy lifestyle” (paragraph 33) 
(reference No. 04-13 / 893 of the Central Council of the Youth Union of Uzbekistan 
dated March 3, 2020). This served as a deeper introduction into the consciousness 
of young people of sanitation of residential apartments, the advantages of a healthy 
lifestyle and enrichment of their thinking; 
the results of research work on establishing a health care system, the factors 
of spreading of various epidemics among the population and measures to prevent 
them, the dedication of medical personnel in eliminating epidemics in the 
Turkestan ASSR, Bukhara and Khorezm Republics were used in the preparation of 
the program “Tabobat tarixi” (“History of Medicine”), transmitted in broadcast 
February 26, 2020, on the " History of Uzbekistan" channel of the 
National Television and Radio Company of Uzbekistan. This served as a 
justification that the period of the existence of the Turkestan, Bukhara and 
Khorezm Republics occupies a peculiar place in the history of medicine in 
Uzbekistan, and also that epidemics in any historical period constituted a serious 
danger to the health of the population.
