Learning Structure and Methodology:

• 2 hr-Instructor led training : model/demonstrate through videos; discuss (in break-out rooms if virtual)
• Assign applied homework in the classroom based on learning and Q&A sessions
• Peer-to-Peer and coaching support once a month: triad of teachers observe each other with coaching and provide structured feedback
• Group discussions support teachers to solve problems on their own
