PROTECTION OF THE RIGHTS OF CHILDREN WITH

From the physical environment in which people with disabilities live, to the laws, procedures or societies introduced in the country, to the treatment of people with disabilities, their discrimination, etc. The purpose of celebrating the disabled day is to build a society that is open and friendly to all, ensuring that people with disabilities participate in programs and projects carried out around the world on an equal footing with other non-disabled people, taking into account the interests, rights of disabled people, the introduction of laws protecting the dignity of disabled people in all countries. In our country, a system for organizing medical social care for people with disabilities and children with disabilities has been created. Social protection of underprivileged segments of the population is defined as one of the social directions of state policy. The state ensures that, based on an assessment of the limitations of Disabled Living activities, their needs for social assistance and protective measures are taken into account, the implementation of programs in the types of rehabilitation and social protection of disabled people provided for by law, the creation of conditions for harmonization of disabled people with society, the necessary measures are taken to ensure(Article 5). Public policies in the field of social protection of people with disabilities are as follows: - ensuring the freedoms and legitimate interests of the rights of people with disabilities; - prevent discrimination of people with disabilities; - protection of honor and dignity of people with disabilities; https://sciencepromotion.uz - ensuring equality of rights of people with disabilities and opportunities for them; - ensure compliance with disability social protection legislation; -ensuring preschool and extracurricular education of children with disabilities, vocational training of people with disabilities, general secondary, secondary special, vocational and higher education; - to ensure transparency and open clarity of the activities of state bodies and their officials in ensuring the freedoms and legitimate interests of the rights of persons with disabilities; - it consists in rivalling the cooperation between state bodies, citizens ' self-government bodies and NGOs in the field of social protection of people with disabilities.(Article 6). Powers of the state authorities and governing bodies in the field of social protection of people with disabilities: - forms and implements public policy in the field of social protection of people with disabilities; - sets priorities for the social protection of people with disabilities; - rehabilitation of disabled people forms and implements state programs, as well as territorial programs for social protection and the provision of their rights and legitimate interests; - provides for the implementation of legislation on the social protection of people with disabilities; - coordinates the activities of state bodies, citizens ' self-government bodies in the field of social protection of people with disabilities; - exercises control over the activities of state bodies that ensure the rights and freedom of persons with disabilities; https://sciencepromotion.uz - funds and organizes scientific research and training of specialists in the field of medical professional and social rehabilitation of people with disabilities; - takes measures to develop a network of inpatient institutions that provide social services to people with disabilities who need other people's care and assistance; - reserves the minimum number of jobs for the employment of people with disabilities. In conclusion, it can be said that today it is necessary to deeply explain that changing the attitude of people towards persons with disabilities is an equal member of the jamoyatni, like you and US.
