I.INTRODUCTION
This working curriculum is based on the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On approval of the national program for the development of public education in 2022-2026" No. PF-134 of May 11, 2022, "Education in the new development period of Uzbekistan - on measures for the development of the state (Uzbek) language and the fields of science" dated November 6, 2020 PF - 6108 decrees and "On further development of the state (Uzbek) language system of education on additional measures related to improvement" of November 6, 2020 PQ- 4884 and "Measures to support scientific and research activities in the field of public education and introduce a continuous professional development system on activities" dated January 25, 2021 PQ - 4963, decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers "On approval of the regulation on the procedure for establishing a system of continuous professional development of public education employees" dated January 17, 2022 Decision No. 25 of the Minister of Public Education of April 20, 2022 "On Approval of State Education Requirements" No. 121, July 19, 2022 No. 236 and December 30, 2022 In order to ensure the implementation of orders No. 390, as well as the content of the priority tasks set for the introduction of modern principles of personnel policy formation in the public education system by implementing advanced and transparent organizational and legal mechanisms for improving the qualifications of pedagogic personnel based on modern requirements, it envisages improvement of the content of training processes of teachers working in the field of state language in public education institutions and regular improvement of their professional competence. Decision PD-5117 dated May 19, 2021 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to bring the activities of popularization of foreign language learning to a qualitatively new level in the Republic of Uzbekistan." According to this decision establishing relations with foreign and local partners and organizing their financial, organizational and methodological support for the popularization of learning foreign languages in the country, together with the ministries and agencies, to develop and put into practice methodologies that enable the professional activities of civil servants to be carried out in foreign languages, determining comprehensive measures to popularize the study of at least ten foreign languages in high demand, and develops qualification requirements and evaluation criteria for teachers of foreign languages and provides for the organization of the process of awarding them a qualification category based on the principle of openness. The content of the working curriculum is the State policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of education, the development of communicative skills of the pedagogue, information communication technologies and media literacy, self-development and continuous professional development, responsibility and flexibility of the pedagogue. , including current issues such as the introduction of inclusive education, knowledge of normative legal documents of education and their use in professional activities, news in science and current issues of teaching science, and methods and tools for assessing students' competencies, they are directed to the development of relevant new knowledge, skills, qualifications and competencies. The content of the educational modules provided within the framework of this program is formed on the basis of the content, quality, and general qualification requirements for the training of general secondary education pedagogic personnel, modern knowledge and innovations related to the professional activities of pedagogues. , the effective use of advanced foreign experiences and the level of wide application of information and communication technologies to the educational process means their continuous professional development due to increase.
