It's Saturday morning and James TELVA, who has decided to take up sport 
once and for all, decides to keep his good resolutions (new years resolution’s) 
and go running.
After two kilometres of running, James TELVA, tired, hits a mailbox on the 
corner of a street in the middle of the pavement. The letterbox was installed 
there by Duck TRUMP, an unkind neighbour, who seems to be doing everything 
in his power to annoy his neighbours .
James TELVA, while falling, broke his shoulder and, currently working as a 
stevedore, could no longer work for several months.
What recourse can he exercise against his neighbour to obtain compensation 
for his injuries?
