Conclusion In conclusion, the usage of the CLT method in the lessons that related to vocabulary and speaking, like the one mentioned above, can be very helpful to create an English atmosphere full of engaged students. This also promotes lessons to be variable and creative and aid to develop all core language skills. This lesson aimed to use more activities which may provide students to improve their capacity to use the language in the topic area. In this lesson plan I have provided some activities whose benefits will be mentioned now: At first we should start a lesson with a lead-in activity(we used brainstorming) to get students ready for the lesson. The main goal is to get students interested and excited about the subject so they will want to learn more. It gives a real and important reason for learning a language. The target of the next activity was to learn how to pronounce correctly that helps them to understand native English speakers and communicate better. Also, when students understand how to stress words, it can help them to say words correctly and remember them better. If students know which syllables in words to emphasize, they can get better at understanding what people are saying. In jigsaw reading (task 3 ), students work with the material themselves instead of just being told about it. This helps them understand the material better. Students learn how to teach themselves, which is important and helpful for their future. Using quizzes in classrooms makes it easier for students to focus (exercise 4), find out what they don't know yet, feel more sure of themselves, and remember what they learned. Quizzes can help students become better at thinking and learning creatively. These tests have games in them to help students learn better. They tell students right away what they need to work on. As the speaking activity discussion is chosen. Talking and sharing ideas helps students understand things better instead of just hearing about it. This is why it's important to have discussions in every subject. To have a group talk, you need different abilities than when you're giving a long speech. The aim of talking is to help students practice thinking about what they learned in class. The last activity is making a mindmap. Students create a mind map to categorize and correlate words, then engage in a discussion to compare and contrast their organizing principles. Mind maps are frequently utilized for planning writing activities because they enable learners to organize thoughts and analyze their interconnections. Download 81.04 Kb. Do'stlaringiz bilan baham: |
