reliable - someone who does what they say they will do; you can trust these people
Bill never misses the appointments and if he says that he is coming at 10:00 then he will be there on time. Bill is reliable.


hard-working - someone who does the job well, with enthusiasm
I’m ready to work long hours and put a lot of energy into my job. People say I’m hard-working.


smart – someone who is clever, intelligent
Bob had only good grades at school and he never got less that 98% for all his tests. He is super smart.


organized – someone who plans everything carefully; keeps things in order
Jack is always focused, manages his time effectively and meets most of the deadlines. On top of that, his desk is just always clean and shiny. Jack knows how to organize everything.


proactive – someone who prefers to make changes in advance
Kate is a truly proactive person. She doesn’t like to sit and wait but is always ready to take some actions in advance.


cooperative – someone who is helpful, good at working in a team
Mike is always ready to help his team mates, he is very cooperative and enjoys working on a team.


self-motivated – someone who knows what they really want
Jennifer keeps taking part in different courses and learning a lot of new things for her future job. She has this motivation inside and does not need someone to tell her what to do.


honest – someone who tells the truth; does not hide the facts.
If you ask Jonas something, he will always tell you the truth. He never likes hiding something and prefers open communication. We think that Jonas is always honest.


respectful - someone who is polite; does/ says the things that do not make people feel bad
Cindy is respectful of her neighbors and turns down her disco music when it gets late.


tactful - someone who is careful with actions and words.
Peter is the most tactful person I know. He is never rude; he knows how to give criticism in a very careful way so that you don’t feel that he is blaming you.
